This event will take place at the Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida on July 8-12, 2008. It will have the representation of over twenty countries and an attendance of over 500 players, some accompanied by their relatives. This event is being promoted by ESPN, and portions will be nationally televised. We have estimated that it will bring, approximately, a two million dollar impact to the local economy. |
COST $ 7, 500.00
The Tournament will be announced in all major newspapers that serve the Orlando area; said
announcement will include your Company’s Logo. Company Logo will also be present in the flyers
Advertising the event to be widely distributed throughout the business community (5000 flyers)
25,000 Postcards advertising the event world wide, distributed through merchants and through mail.
Full color page in the Event Program, this magazine-style pamphlet will contain the Rules of the
Dominoes Tournament, the Event Schedule, Information about the games of dominoes, and
general information about Orlando and adjacent communities. These Programs will be distributed
to the registered Players and their delegations, as well as their Special Guest and the General
Public that attends the event.
A 4 X 8 advertising banner will be present in the Tournament Venue.
Company Logo will be displayed prominently in the Website of the USA Domino Federation.
Company Logo will be present in all other promotions, communications and direct marketing
Through email.
You may set up a Booth at the entrance to the competition venue, to display and promote your
Company’s products and services, as well as allow direct selling to the attendees.
